How do I get my login credentials?

Students and Parents receive their initial login credentials via the email registered during school enrollment. If you haven't received yours, click the "Setup Account" link on the login page.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

On the main login screen, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered email address, and the system will automatically send you a secure password reset link.

Can parents view real-time grades?

Yes! Once logged into the Parent Dashboard, you can track your child's manual assignments, automated online quiz scores, and overall term averages in real-time.

How secure is the NGA portal?

We utilize industry-standard Bcrypt hashing for all passwords and enforce secure session management. Your data, messages, and academic records are completely locked down.
